Can I return a product I didn’t love?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unopened and/or unworn products within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Custom designs are non-refundable.
Are your chains water resistant and non tarnish?
Yes we pride ourselves in quality chains. All our gold filled, 925 silver, rose gold and solid 14k chains are water resistant and non tarnishing. However, we do not recommend extreme chlorine exposure or any other harsh chemicals. We also recommend to polish your pieces with the cloth provided and or use a Dawn soap to clean off any oils, lotions or grease.
Are all your pieces made in the USA?
Yes we pride ourselves on sourcing quality chains and charms proudly made in the USA.
Can I create a custom piece?
Absolutely!! We love collaborating with you in creating a special one of a kind piece. If it’s a special date or symbol, let us bring that intention to your piece. Custom orders are non-refundable and take up to 30 days. Contact us to inquire about your custom order.
